Project Management Expertise

The Senior Construction Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing on-site activities to ensure successful project execution. This involves chairing and recording client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

Weekly reporting on scope, budget, schedule, and construction-related issues is key to maintaining project momentum. Coordinating with clients, professional teams, engineers of record, and contractors on project processes, risk management, and mitigation plans is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chairing and recording client meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Preparing weekly reports on scope, budget, schedule, and construction-related issues to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinating with clients, professional teams, engineers of record, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Facilitating attendance of vendors and FAT/SAT processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitoring commissioning activities and ensuring documentation is completed per schedule.
  • Managing defect resolution, handover processes, and integration plans to maintain project quality.
  • Issuing and approving RFIs, submittals, and critical documents to maintain the project schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Lean Construction Certification and/or PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in similar responsibilities.
  • Mission-critical experience a plus.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
