Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project strategies by overseeing the construction scope and leading negotiations to ensure clarity, feasibility, and competitive positioning.
  • Bridge planning and execution by collaborating with key departments (Project Management, Planning, Installation) to shape project strategies that are both ambitious and achievable.
  • Oversight of project budgets by guaranteeing approved budgets and project timelines are fully integrated into proposals.
  • Risk management by maintaining a proactive view on construction-related risks during the sales phase, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Performance analysis by evaluating pre- and post-calculation project results to continuously enhance cost-efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Recognized certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent), evidencing a structured approach to planning and execution.
  • Solid experience in Project Management within the energy sector, preferably in multinational or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contractual terms and conditions related to construction projects, with the ability to support or lead negotiation processes.
  • Full professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a second European language (such as French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI), with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a strategic context.
