Precision Engineer for Construction Projects

Our organization is seeking a skilled MME Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our MEP department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality systems for landmark projects.
This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. Interviews will be held in major cities worldwide.

As a BIM Modeler, you'll transform design information into precise 3D models and construction documents, supporting our field operations with shop drawings, schedules, and coordinated data, driving project accuracy and collaboration forward.
Key responsibilities include reviewing tender and IFC information per ISO19650 standards, creating and maintaining Revit-based BIM models, performing clash detection, maintaining clean BIM models, updating and revising models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions, identifying inconsistencies in contract documents, assisting with as-built documentation and handover preparation, working collaboratively in shared environments, following project standards and protocols, and providing accurate technical responses to site queries and requests.
Required skills and qualifications include a Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, understanding of BIM principles and workflows, and strong written and spoken English skills.
