Site Engineer Role Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Site Engineer to lead on-site construction activities. This role involves coordinating with project teams, managing materials and documentation, inspecting work progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting project handover processes.

The successful candidate will ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare material submittals and track approvals.
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
  • Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or engineering environments.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engineering degree with ≥ 10 years' site experience.
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation, and productivity on fast-track projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
