Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance in construction and development projects.

  • Oversee CAPEX, DEVEX, manage key contracts, and effectively control cash flow.
  • Align financial objectives with project goals, ensuring compliance and maximizing return on investment.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, execution, development, and leadership teams.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, economy, accounting, or engineering is required. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or developing similar tasks in the finance area is also necessary.

Key qualifications include expertise in financial model structures, assumptions, and key financial KPIs, as well as advanced working English and Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading budgeting process from initial planning to final execution during both development and construction phases.
  • Preparing monthly financial presentations and performance indicators.
  • Developing reports on demand as requested by stakeholders.
  • Maintaining close communication with execution and development teams to analyze performance metrics.
