Project Manager in Finishing Works

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our finishing works, transforming blueprints into landmark structures with precision, speed, and impact.

This role requires relocation to the UAE and will involve overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control project plans for finishing works, accurately calculating required resources.
  • Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality management system and control plan for finishing works.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
  • Interpret and apply technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements effectively.
  • Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
  • Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions.

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or a related field.
  • You have minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works.
  • You possess strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial acumen.
  • You've proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time.
  • You have sound knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
