As a project leader, you will oversee the execution and completion of projects. This involves managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of installation performance and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements.
  • Budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
  • Mediation of internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or existing products to clients.
  • Project completion monitoring from initiation through delivery to meet revenue projections.

In this role, you will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. Strong leadership skills and effective utilization of technical knowledge are required.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or an engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in people leadership positions.
  • Previous experience managing a business profit and loss statement.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Fluency in English is required, with advanced Spanish desirable.

Main Activities:

  • Receiving assignments in the form of objectives and determining resource allocation to meet schedules and goals.
  • Providing guidance to subordinates within established company policies.
  • Recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that affect immediate organization knowledge of technology, customers, capabilities, financials, contracts, and risk management to effectively determine the business vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Managing departmental activity coordination with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
  • Serving as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve customer problems.
  • Developing and administering schedules, performance requirements, and profit and loss responsibilities.
