About the Role- You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, particularly in Brazil, and designing commercial strategies to drive growth in this key region.
- You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize service offerings and enhance customer experiences in Brazil.
- Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing market trends, competition, and regulations to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Brazil's HR landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth in Brazil, leveraging your expertise in sales, consulting, and strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers in Brazil.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of our initiatives in Brazil and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS companies focused on HR.
- Demonstrated expertise working in Brazil, with a deep understanding of its dynamics, cultures, and commercial trends.
- Bilingual/Native proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented focus are essential for success in this role.
