Product Designer Senior

We are a specialist tech transformation company, uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role involves understanding business processes within an organization/product, creating user personas and user journeys, developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy, collaborating with product owners to understand technical and business requirements, supporting product teams with feature prioritization, producing high-level prototypes through wireframes, and ensuring designs can be developed by the engineering team.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams, as well as strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
  • Advanced English.
