Job Opportunity

We're seeking a professional who wants to learn and transform their career. Key skills include:

  • Desirable experience in low-code and automation projects using platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or Appian.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end deliveries on time and within budget constraints.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall principles.
  • Skills in handling multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.
  • Understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases).
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement techniques.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions.
  • Leadership skills in end-to-end delivery initiatives and consulting with management and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

Much better if you have certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials, experience in multinational environments, and proficiency in Spanish language.
