Job Description

The Customer Success Manager is a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

This position entails working closely with customers to comprehend their business needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions to drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP's solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP's solutions to customers
  • Work with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise across SAP functions

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of business processes and industries
  • Proficiency in English to engage with our global network
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics

The SAP Academy for Customer Success offers a three-year journey that enhances productivity and drives accountability. It enables graduates to make a quick impact in customer-facing roles while fostering career longevity and leadership potential.

As a CSM within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible for successfully completing a 10-month learn-apply program that enriches your support in the CSM role. You will immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process.
