Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics and Physics educator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and will be passionate about inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning and Delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the needs of all students
- Use a range of teaching strategies to promote student learning and engagement
- Assessment and Reporting
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Use data to inform teaching and learning and to drive student progress
- Student Welfare and Pastoral Care
- Take responsibility for the welfare and pastoral care of a class group of students
- Work with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive school culture
- Classroom Management and Resources
- Maintain a well-organized and inclusive learning environment
- Manage resources and materials to support student learning

Requirements
- Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics or a related field
- Experience
- Previous experience in teaching Mathematics and Physics to students of varying ages and abilities
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to differentiate and deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons
- Familiarity and experience with collaborative planning and a team-teaching approach
