NIMBL Worldwide Inc is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Business Analyst for Onestream EPM.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather information from users and analyze new requirements to improve reporting processes. Additionally, they will be responsible for writing functional specification documents, supporting users with OneStream planning, consolidation, and reporting tool enhancements and implementation within an established change control process, supporting testing of new functionalities and troubleshooting issues, managing users' access and security, and performing other key tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information from users and analyze new requirements to improve reporting processes.
  • Write functional specification documents.
  • Support users with OneStream planning, consolidation, and reporting tool enhancements and implementation within an established change control process.
  • Support testing of new functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage users' access and security.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
  • PREFERRED: Finance ERP or reporting tool solution implementation experience, knowledge of Oracle Smart View and Financial Reporting.
  • Knowledge of FDMEE, Disclosure Management, and Financial Close Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A plus is an experience in business process reengineering applied within a Hyperion HFM implementation.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting processes including financial statement closure and consolidation processes required.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with client business, technical resources, and management in English.
