Key responsibilities include supervising personnel, resources and materials for all maintenance tasks. This involves monitoring preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies to improve overall efficiency.
Main Objectives- Optimize machine performance and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance measures.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
- Support the team in resolving complex issues with critical machinery.
Additional duties involve coordinating preventive maintenance activities throughout the year, generating reports on monthly failures and implementing action plans to address these issues. The role also requires providing support for pending issues and defects identified by the team or other departments, as well as preparing performance and maintenance reports.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles and their application in planned maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule machine shutdowns to prevent and resolve pending issues.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and other departments.
