Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of our equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team, monitoring maintenance schedules, and implementing improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
- You will be responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize machine efficiency and maintenance costs.
- A key part of your role will be to support the team with complex problems and coordinate scheduling of machine shutdowns to prevent and resolve issues.
- You will also be responsible for supporting the team in monitoring monthly failures, generating action plans, and providing support for pending issues and defects.
- In addition, you will apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, focusing on planned maintenance and develop performance and maintenance reports.
- Your experience in industry and leadership positions will be essential in driving technical teams forward and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Professional experience in industry, preferably in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in rolling out standards and strategic projects.
- Leadership position in a technical team with functional and disciplinary responsibility.
- International experience working with production teams and understanding of foreign cultures.
- English language proficiency.
