Maintenance Operations Director

This is a high-level position that oversees the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and machinery operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise maintenance personnel and resources to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve overall performance
- Coordinate schedules for machines to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs
- Support team members with complex problems on critical machines to resolve issues timely and minimize disruption
- Develop action plans to address recurring issues and improve maintenance processes
- Prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional experience in industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience in implementing standards and strategic projects, as well as working with international teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct team members
