We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in supervising teams and coordinating projects.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance management.
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
