Maintenance and Asset Optimization Specialist

The maintenance planner will work closely with maintenance leadership and technicians in planning and executing maintenance strategies, providing technical assistance in problem-solving, failure analysis, spare parts management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Predictive Maintenance: Create predictive plans for machines and improve them when necessary to reduce downtime.
- Spare Parts Management: Identify and define needs of spare parts and manage rotating inventory effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to achieve common goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize maintenance processes.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and implement solutions to develop equipment reliability.
- Reporting: Prepare performance and maintenance reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Cost Optimization: Optimize costs and reduce downtime by implementing efficient maintenance strategies.
- Maintenance Standards: Establish and maintain updated records and documentation.
This role requires a strong background in maintenance planning, spare parts management, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
