Game Design Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative game theses grounded in market research, fueling continuous engagement across multiple years.
  • Oversight of the game's vision and product roadmap, adapting it as needed based on actionable data insights.
  • Spearheading the design of main features, creating detailed specifications for implementation.
  • Collaboration with art leaders and distribution teams to define cohesive themes and art styles.
  • Reviewing game design decisions made by fellow team members to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Coordination of deliveries between core teams and related disciplines, fostering efficient workflows.
  • Providing expert guidance through experience, competitor analysis, playtesting, user feedback, and data-driven decision making.
  • Continuous evaluation of new versions and features, using data to refine the product roadmap and inform strategic decisions.
