We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual to fill the role of a Technical Support Specialist.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with a commercial focus, is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, are essential for success in this position.
- A strong commercial acumen and effective communication skills, including fluency in English and Portuguese, are necessary for building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities- To provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels.
- To identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- To maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English and C2 level of Portuguese.
