Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize technical documentation and external resources to troubleshoot issues.
- Develop training materials and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Manage service level agreements with clients and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical customer support.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of databases.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and network concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate knowledge of programming logic.
