Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for managing the company's finances, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify timesheet policy compliance, prepare bi-weekly payroll, and manage PTO banks and benefit deductions.
  • Manage department expense approvals, bill payment system, and audit benefit bills for accuracy.
  • Reconcile credit card payments, prepare and audit bank deposits, and perform light collections activities.
  • Enter bank, credit, and loan transactions and maintain the balance sheet.
  • Prepare regular P&L and budget reports, manage department budgets, and facilitate the monthly budget meeting.
  • Provide backup support to the operations and client services teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper using QuickBooks including Payroll.
  • Demonstrated experience and desire to be a key contributor to confidential collaboration and decision making at the executive level.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accountability to accuracy and consistency within the organization's process flow.
  • Verifiable references from supervisors within the past 3 years, including the most recent employer.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or better).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
