At Canonical, we have a unique opportunity for an Enterprise Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the growth of our sales by leveraging your skills and expertise in the technology field.

Job Description

This is a high-impact position that requires strong relationships with customers and partners across multiple sectors. You will be working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will also possess a deep understanding of Linux and cloud software ecosystem, and open source selling models. Experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should be able to travel internationally for company events and client/partner meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Track record of delivering revenue results in the technology field
  • Experience with Linux and open source
  • Strong academic track record, regardless of seniority
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or an equivalent narrative
  • Confidence to speak up, give feedback, and share ideas
  • Leadership and commitment to skills development and mentorship
  • Passion for technology demonstrated by personal projects
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with motivated colleagues
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
