Urban Mobility Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving the success of our digital products, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Your Role:

  1. You will be responsible for co-driving the development of our digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  2. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements.
  3. You will foster strong relationships with global stakeholders from business to IT, from security to customers and users of the applications.
  4. You will advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that digital products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  5. You will utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital products and programs.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • 5-10 years experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and collaboration with existing processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platforms
  • A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person ready to go the extra mile
