Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transit planning practice. As Regional Transit Planning Practice Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation planning.

This senior leadership position requires expertise in modal service planning and optimization, major capital investment analysis, and project development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify industry trends and emerging markets
  • Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs through cross-functional teams
  • Presenting regional transit planning activities on regular calls
  • Contributing to the technical development of transit planning staff
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing winning pursuit strategies
  • Serving as a project manager for major transit projects

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a deep understanding of transit planning principles, and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline, minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transit planning, and a Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional registration such as AICP, PE, PTOE, PTP, PMP is also preferred.

Compensation for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.

We offer a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary range of $142,494 to $219,075 annually.
