  • Ensure profitable and productive maintenance contracts for LATAM region by managing assigned opportunities.
  • Develop strategic positioning to support sales/account managers in creating solutions that drive key initiatives, profit, and cash growth while mitigating risks to backlog.
  • Lead the ITO process, proposal generation, and deal negotiation in cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Execute on assigned opportunities to secure profitable and productive O&M contracts for LATAM region. Support other regions when required.
  • Strategic positioning and influencing of early-stage deals to support Sales/Account Managers in developing creative solutions and driving key initiatives that create O&M operational profit and cash growth while mitigating risks to backlog.
  • Lead ITO process, proposal generation, and deal negotiation in cross-functional teams including Account Manager, Risk, OTR, Engineering, Finance, & Legal to ensure compliance with internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven commercial/sales/technical negotiation experience in plant equipment offerings and/or services offerings.
  • Significant experience in commercial, operations, and/or risk management.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and team building skills; proven ability to work well in a matrix environment.
  • Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
  • Prior experience in long-term maintenance contract negotiation and drafting with customers is preferred.

Skillset:

  • Proficient in tools to run financial scenarios and drive outcomes.
  • Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
