This position involves providing legal support to the organization, focusing on technology-related matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Draft and review various legal agreements, including intellectual property licenses, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Monitor international regulatory developments, with a focus on emerging legal frameworks in Latin America.
- Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes related to business facilities setup and operation.
- Contribute to developing scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and operational support for logistics, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date records of internal and external policies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an advantage.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Brazil with a valid professional registration.
- Strong sense of initiative, goal orientation, and commitment to high standards.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
