We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our communication service innovation team, providing virtual number solutions worldwide.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and organizing user feedback across products, reporting high-frequency issues to the team.
  • This role involves preparing and delivering weekly user feedback reports to product and technical teams.
  • We require a highly organized individual who can develop and standardize SOPs for customer service processes, maintain FAQs, and manage issue categorization tags.
  • This position also involves organizing and refining customer service response templates, maintaining FAQ articles for project-related products.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills in English, with clear logical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of customer service responsibilities and ability to handle customer problems with a friendly demeanor.
  • Prior experience with Zendesk, Livechat, and digital CRM tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to communicate results in a fast-paced environment and thrive with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the customer service industry.
  • Experience in internet, technology companies, or game companies is preferred.
