Drive Operational Excellence as a Project Manager

100% Remote | Full-Time | Collaborate with a Global Team

Trivium Group seeks a results-driven Project Manager to oversee Sales and Marketing operations. This role will bring structure, clarity, and consistent execution to two high-impact teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, driving accountability, and ensuring every lead and campaign is managed with precision. You will work closely with our global team to achieve revenue growth and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Sales team performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot data to ensure accurate reports and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement a Sales Playbook for every role to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Align organic marketing with paid media buying for maximum impact.
  • Own project management and track ROI on every campaign.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing projects or cross-department operations.
  • Deep CRM knowledge, particularly with HubSpot.
  • Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills.
  • Strong data analysis ability to spot trends and act fast.
