As a key member of our team, you will oversee the operational activities of our site and administrative areas, including financial, technical, maintenance, purchasing, supplier management, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational activities of the site and administrative areas, including financial, technical, maintenance, purchasing, supplier management, and asset management.
  • Develop and apply operational processes and maintenance plans for the building/administrative areas.
  • Manage service providers for gardening, cleaning, and security services.
  • Establish work plans to ensure excellent operation, defining performance metrics and resolving problems clearly and objectively.
  • Follow site procedures in accordance with local client norms and policies.
  • Develop and maintain service providers according to the client's model.
  • Apply Occupational Health and Safety standards in accordance with local legislation and client policies when applicable.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that the maintenance provider is meeting contractual obligations with the client.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Ensure that services provided by maintenance providers meet health and safety material standards.
  • Prepare periodic reports on activities performed in the maintenance service.
  • Perform periodic audits.
