Strategic Operations Leader

As a key member of the organization, the Strategic Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Marine Operations, offshore staffing, Offshore logistics, and Marine logistic bases departments.

The successful candidate will possess strong strategic skills to provide solutions for projects with a consolidated portfolio approach, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and digitalization within the operations team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in oil and gas business dealing with projects and offshore construction operations.
  • Strong safety and integrity focus, with ability to promote a high level of safety culture and integrity across all operational activities.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Cost-conscious approach with ability to identify and optimize cost-saving opportunities.
