Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and credit & collections actions with strategic objectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Spanish and English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in investment banking, strategic consulting firms, or diagnostics market.
