FP&A Specialist Role

The FP&A specialist will play a key role in maintaining alignment between internal and external reporting. This professional will develop insights to explain results to stakeholders and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools, budgets, financial forecasting, operational planning, and modeling.
- Coordinate the annual planning process with functional and operational areas.
- Analyze variances (actual vs budgeted and actual vs previous period).
- Monitor profit margins by client, category, and product.
- Presentation to stakeholders: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tool reports, preparing insights to assist other areas in strategic decision-making.
- Improve and standardize processes to facilitate information received by functional and operational areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Language skills: Advanced English, Spanish a plus.
