Description
We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and development.
The FP&A specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing recommendations to improve business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop strategic financial plans and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an FP&A role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Advanced English language skills required
