Financial Analysis Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analysis Specialist to join our organization. This role combines financial planning and analysis with hands-on operational finance support, including accounting journal entries, invoicing, and managing payables and receivables.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with SaaS metrics, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Track and analyze key SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and gross margin.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and forecasts, identifying performance drivers.
- Support monthly and quarterly accounting close by preparing and reviewing journal ledger entries.
- Assist with invoice preparation and processing for customers and vendors.
- Manage accounts payable: verify vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Manage accounts receivable: monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and update AR aging reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
