Financial Planning and Analysis Role

About the Position:

This role involves managing financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights to senior management, and supporting investor relations efforts.

As a senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing monthly financial statements, conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis, and developing measurement reporting tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.

  1. Review the monthly financial statement for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Interact with investors and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
  3. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives and business performance metrics.
  4. Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools to support business decision-making.
  5. Prepare internal and external reports, including quarterly earnings materials and investor presentations.
  6. Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget and forecast.
  7. Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of main Financial Statements: Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Experience in financial modeling.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
