Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Latam FP&A VP in financial planning and analysis. This includes M&A activities and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Regional Latam FP&A VP on all related FP&A matters, including M&A activities and audit reviews.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical data to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
  • Develop accurate and realistic budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor performance against targets and provide timely updates to senior management.
  • Prepare and potentially present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for Executive Leaders, board meetings, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in the Insurance, Banking, or financial industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with Spanish as an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
