We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as an FP&A Specialist.
About the position- This role will involve playing a key part in shaping and evolving our financial planning processes, working cross-functionally to drive insights that support executive decision-making.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, robust financial modeling skills, and strategic business acumen.
- Develop and refine long-term financial models (forecasting, budgeting, consolidated P&L, business unit-level financials, cash flow, etc.);
- Lead complex financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trends;
- Act as a strategic partner to teams such as Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, and People, helping to translate strategy into financial impact;
- Drive automation and optimization of FP&A processes to improve speed and data reliability;
- Contribute to the annual planning cycle, quarterly reviews, and rolling forecasts;
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs and performance;
- Support business case development and ad-hoc analysis (e.g., new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A initiatives);
- Relevant experience in FP&A, strategic planning, investment banking, strategic consulting, or corporate finance;
- Advanced financial modeling skills and solid understanding of managerial accounting;
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc., is a plus;
- Familiarity with ERPs and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is an advantage;
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and business insights;
- Strong analytical thinking, business sense, attention to detail, and autonomy;
- Fluency in English (essential for investor and stakeholder communication).
