The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist is a crucial position within the finance team, responsible for strategic planning, performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role involves developing and maintaining robust financial models to support short- and long-term financial projections, collaborating with sales and operations teams to drive revenue and margin planning, and analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules), with experience with SAP BPC or S/4HANA Finance highly desirable.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling and dynamic analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities for preparing high-level executive presentations.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to operate in a global business environment.
