As a Sales Strategy and Operations Expert, you will provide thought leadership to business executives and cross-functional leaders, joining them to manage annual and quarterly planning processes.
- Develop business plans, structure operational and strategic initiatives, and execute work plans.
- Own strategic initiatives on both ongoing and ad hoc basis, collaborating globally to drive program outcomes.
- Project manage, coordinate, and facilitate inter/intra team communications to deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on sales strategy and operations, managing strategic initiatives, and driving program outcomes.
This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a seasoned professional, you will have experience leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, management consulting, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in sales strategy and operations, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
