  • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into impactful data-backed recommendations.
  • Drive sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations for the GTM team, conversational analytics platform management, and customer contract data management.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of business processes and objectives, implementing new metrics that enhance strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Proactively introduce innovative ideas and develop creative, engaging data visualizations to facilitate insight accessibility and enhance decision-making.
  • Lead and improve all business intelligence processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and automation.
