About the Role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for driving business decisions through data-driven insights and financial modeling. As an FP&A Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing financial information, developing complex models, and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial trends, forecasts, and other relevant data to inform business decisions
  • Develop, evaluate, and maintain financial models and reporting tools
  • Create ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decision-making
  • Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting
  • Previous experience in the Financial industry, preferably in banking
  • Moderate knowledge of financial modeling, P&L structure, and corporate finance concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
