Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
We are looking for a skilled individual to work closely with our finance team to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing budget vs actual updates and analysis to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide regular budget updates and analysis to inform strategic business decisions
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Create data-driven analytics to improve profitability and efficiency
- Evaluate and optimize FP&A processes by eliminating non-value added activities and improving the use of tools and data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, including pivot tables and macros
- Experience in financial positions, acting as a business partner in Finance, Financial Planning, or Controller
- Excellent communication skills, with intermediate English proficiency (presentations, listening, and written)
