Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly closing process and collaborate with the local financial team to prepare the Financial Cash Flow (FCF) and Market entity balance sheet (BCS upload).
  • Proactively review data loaded in Business Warehouse (BWP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze working capital and free cash flow (FCF) of the Market business to inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform variance analysis between planned exercises to identify areas for improvement.
  • Control and optimize the pricing process (e.g., Retail Selling Price, Margins, taxes), defining deadlines and workflow requirements.
  • Ensure cost consciousness in inbound freight control to contribute to financial target achievement.
  • Develop regular reporting dashboards to update stakeholders on actual results.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance positions in national/multinational companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • SAP/GPM knowledge is an asset.
  • Effective communication style and good presentation skills.
