We are seeking a seasoned technical program manager to lead the execution of key technology regulatory initiatives across the Americas region. This role involves strategic partnership with senior leadership, anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and delivering high-impact outcomes across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of technology, and exceptional program management abilities.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position in project management and information technology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects related to regulatory initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between project sponsors, senior leaders, and contributing teams.
- Proactively identify roadblocks, manage risk mitigation efforts, and ensure timely communication of key decisions and status updates.
- Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Technical program and project management expertise with experience managing large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile framework; Scrum or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure project management, ideally with exposure to database systems.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies; PMP or PgMP certification is desirable.
- Skilled in breaking down high-level requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Confident with interface specifications, running queries, and conducting high-level technical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Highly organized and adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting.
Proven experience working with multiple global stakeholders.
