Responsibilities:
  • Act as the facilitator of the Agile Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Coach and mentor the team in Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile software development.
  • Solid understanding of the Agile principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development tools and techniques (Jira, Trello, and Asana).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Nice to Have:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
