Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Governance Expert to provide strategic support and guidance on regulatory matters. This role will be responsible for leading projects, developing compliance-related policies, and managing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, law, or a related field, with 5-10+ years of experience in the industry. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures;
  • Manage projects and lead cross-functional teams;
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and develop recommendations;
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners;
  • Provide training and support to employees on regulatory matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business, or Economics;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in the industry;
  • Proven track record in governance and compliance;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
