About This Role

As a seasoned Regulatory Specialist, you will lead client-facing initiatives to expand and refine our content offerings. You will serve as the Sovos Point of Contact for requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.

This role involves working closely with Sales and Professional Services teams on documentation and pricing. You will also engage in direct customer/prospect interaction and support client-facing initiatives including working with clients as partners in expanding and refining the scope of our content coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Sovos Point of Contact for requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Work with Sales and Professional Services teams on documentation and pricing.
  • Engage in direct customer/prospect interaction and support client-facing initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

4-5 years' experience in a similar type of role, preferably in regulatory research and content management.

An earned reputation as a leader and subject matter expert.

Sustained commitment to organizational purpose and strategy.

Expert proficiency in regulatory research and content management.

Effective mentor and department leader.

Ability to independently interact with customers and prospects.

Capacity to independently interact with clients and prospects.
