The Work You'll Do- Lead client-facing initiatives directed at expanding and refining content offerings.
- Serve as the Point of Contact for requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams on documentation (e.g. SOW) and pricing strategies.
- Participate in direct customer/prospect interaction and support client-facing initiatives including working with clients as partners in expanding and refining the scope of content coverage.
This role requires successful completion of the Regulatory Specialist Boot Camp and/or similar training programs. The ideal candidate will develop an understanding of Sovos's role in simplifying regulatory compliance burdens for clients, build proficiency with internal tools used to maintain system content, and read, interpret and understand regulations.
