This position involves supporting the business by monitoring regulatory developments and providing expert guidance on compliance requirements. The role also entails assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively interpret and consult on regulatory matters to ensure compliance.
  • Complete regulatory submittals and reporting requirements within specified timelines.
  • Provide accurate rule/regulatory interpretation and documentation.
  • Engage with regulatory officials to advocate for improvements in rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate in the development of materials to support customer education and assessment programs.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance-related inquiries.
  • Design and execute key regulatory work processes, including training stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in chemical industry, regulatory consulting firms, or regulatory bodies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Law, or Pharmacy.
  • Fluent English language skills.
